Copyright Protection

Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe your copyright has been infringed, you may submit a written DMCA notice containing:
- • Your name, address, phone number, and email
- • Description of the copyrighted work
- • URL or location of the infringing content
- • Statement that you believe in good faith that the use is unlawful
- • Your signature and statement under penalty of perjury

Response Procedure
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, Columnsy will:
- • Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content
- • Notify the content poster of the removal
- • Provide information about counter-notice procedures
Counter-Notice
If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice. The content will be restored after Columnsy receives a valid counter-notice, unless legal action is initiated.
Repeated Infringement
Columnsy will terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyrights.
